Iron Worker
Field Position • Travel Required
This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, welding, and working at heights. Iron Workers will work closely with construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time according to specifications.
Requirements: OSHA 10hr, Welding Certs (4g, 3g, etc.)
Rates: $21 hr - $28 hr
Crew Leader
Field Position • Travel Required
Crew Leaders are responsible of leading a team consisting of Iron Workers and Field Techs. They also serve as the project Competent Person for the projects they are assigned to.

Requirements: OSHA 30hr, Welding Certs (4g, 3g, etc.), 24hr Fall Protection, First Aid & CPR Training
Rates: $22 hr - $32 hr
Industrial Painter
Shop Position • No Travel
This position involves preparing and painting structural steel using industrial-grade coatings while assisting with forklift operation and loading/unloading materials in the shop.
Requirements:
• Industrial painting , Forklift experience ,Truck loading / unloading required
• Structural steel experience preferred
Rates: $17 hr - $20 hr
MIG Welder
Shop Position • No Travel Required
This position involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, and producing strong, precise welds for structural steel and miscellaneous metal components. MIG Welders work closely with fabrication teams to maintain quality workmanship, meet production goals, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements: 2+ years of MIG welding experience, ability to read blueprints and welding drawings, experience with structural steel preferred

Fitter/Layout
Shop Position • No Travel Required
This position is responsible for laying out, fitting, and assembling structural and miscellaneous metal components including stairs, railings, frames, and support structures. Fabrication Layout/Fitters work from blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate placement, alignment, and preparation of materials for welding and final assembly.
Requirements: Blueprint reading experience, fitting/layout experience, tack welding knowledge, strong attention to detail, structural or miscellaneous steel fabrication experience preferred
Rates: $21 hr - $29 hr
Shop Technician
Shop Position • No Travel Required
This role is responsible for maintaining shop organization, assisting with equipment and tool maintenance, and ensuring the shop remains clean, safe, and operational. Shop Technicians work closely with fabrication and field crews to support daily operations and maintain efficiency within the shop environment.
Requirements: Organization skills, basic mechanical knowledge, equipment/tool maintenance experience preferred

Crew Leaders
Field Position • Travel Required
Crew Leaders oversee field operations and manage crews on structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects. This position is responsible for coordinating daily jobsite activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
This role requires a flexible schedule based on project demands and jobsite locations. Crew Leaders are frequently out of town and may work weekdays, weekends, early mornings, or extended hours depending on project requirements. Company truck or vehicle allowance available after training period.

Industrial Painter
Shop Position
This position is responsible for preparing and painting structural steel using industrial-grade coatings while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards. Industrial Painters also assist with forklift operation, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining an organized work environment.
This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. Shop hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Mig Welder

Fitter / Layout
